Ewan has acted for retailers such as Karen Millen, Nine West, Levi’s and Caffè Nero. He also worked for landlords on projects such as the Plaza Shopping Centre, Oxford Street, London; The Triangle, Manchester and St Christopher’s Place in London. Ewan has significant experience in both the English and Scottish markets.
In Scotland Ewan has recently completed a number of deals on George Street in Edinburgh involving Karen Millen, Coast, Ronit Zilkha and Brooks Brothers.
In Glasgow he has concluded recent deals with retailers such as Mulberry, 3 Mobile, L’Occitane, Crombie and Agent Provocateur.
Stephen worked with Cushman & Wakefield for 10 years where he was a partner and head of shopping centre development and leasing.
He has worked on a large number of shopping centres including: Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow; Overgate, Dundee; Eastgate, Inverness; Princes Mall, East Kilbride; Antonine, Cumbernauld; Kingsgate, Dunfermline; St Enoch, Glasgow and Princes Mall, Edinburgh.
Stephen has advised key landlords including Henderson Global Investors, Lend Lease, Grosvenor, Land Securities, PPG, London & Regional and Mills Corporation. He also advises Mountain Warehouse and Ness Clothing on their Scottish expansion.
Donald has worked across Scotland specialising in retail agency for over 12 years, focussing on shopping centre leasing, out of town retail and development and acting for various retailers. Scheme work includes: Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow; Overgate Shopping Centre, Dundee; Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness; Central Retail Park, Kilmarnock and Nairn Retail Park, Nairn.
